Frequently asked questions
01What is My Lookam?+
It's the personal album of virtual try-ons you do with Lookam in fashion stores. It isn't a standalone try-on camera app, and it isn't the merchant dashboard.
02Is it the same as Lookam?+
Lookam is the virtual fitting room stores install. My Lookam is your album as a shopper. Brands that want the widget should go to lookam.io.
03Does it cost anything?+
No. My Lookam is free for shoppers. The store is the one using the Lookam service.
04How do I save a try-on?+
In the store widget, sign in with your Lookam account and save the result. It then appears under My looks.
05Who can see my album?+
Only you, with your account. The album, profile, and each look's detail are not indexed by search engines.
06What if I don't have an account?+
Create a profile with the same email you'll use in Lookam stores. Then sign in inside the widget so try-ons attach to that album.
